John Joseph is an author, IronMan athlete, undercover philanthropist and the lead singer of the 1980s New York hardcore punk band the Cro-Mags.  John is an amazing human being who has personally overcome the worst possible situations life could throw at him and came out on the other side as a beautiful, positive and compassionate soul who is 100% dedicated to helping others.  The respect I have for this man is unmatched. Check him out at and see what his Positive Mental Attitude (PMA) is all about.  John Joseph is as real as it gets.

Jason Garner was in his mid-30's when he was the CEO of the Fortune 500 Company Global Music at Live Nation.  His story from starting his career working as a flea market parking attendant to his rise as the CEO of the biggest music concert promotion company in the world is amazing. However, what's more amazing is that he walked away from it all to find himself - trading a life of matter for a life that matters.  His book ...And I Breathed is a beautiful story and I highly recommend reading it. Jason is student, teacher, and prolific writer on all things body, mind and spirit. Check out his website and read some of his work......and breathe.

Lewis Howes is a NYT bestselling author, lifestyle entrepreneur, former pro athlete and the host of the successful podcast The School of Greatness.  The podcast shares inspiring stories from the most brilliant business minds, world class athletes and influential people on the planet; to help others find out what makes great people great.  Most importantly, Lewis released a new book in 2017 called The Mask of Masculinity where he shares his personal story and uncovers the truth behind his own mask of masculinity.  Armed with information from his research and discussions with many experts, Lewis goes on to highlight the stereotypical masks that men often wear to fit into the masculine paradigm.  His work aligns with my mission and my hope is that his book gets into the hands of every man and woman.  It's that important.
